Sun Spots

Please Patches tell me
When I lie on the floor
I just get settled nicely
And the sun spot 's there no more.

It keeps on a moving
All over the darn place
I try hard to trap it
But it won't stay in my space.

Now it is over by you
Please make it stay that way
But if it moves on, again
Do you want to come and play?

That's exactly how I feel about sunspots! Just when you get all relaxed and drowsy, it moves.

Precious, what a wonderful poem! That happens to me all the time...it's so curious. Have you figured out yet what makes the sun spots move? I think perhaps they don't like napping as much as I do, so they have to move around.
