News

The snow keeps falling, everyday, in the Big Piney Woods.

A new kitty has been showing up the last few days, to eat. It is a tabby with white paws; taking up residence in one of Mistrie's beds under the deck (she is in the woodshed right now.) I followed it's tracks and they led deep into the Piney Woods, and finally ended up on the neighbors property line, so I turned around. The cat is small, very hungry, and very wild. Mistrie would love a companion, but we are hoping it already has a furrever home. I have named it Winter Storm. It looks like it could be one of Precious' kittens. Please send purrs.

In other news, we are getting company, so won't be around for New Years. We want to wish you all a safe and Happy New Years! See you when the company leaves.

That would be really sweet if it is one of Precious' kittens. I love the name and we all send purrs.

I think Winter Storm is very smart to come to your place. There is probably more snow on it's way. We were supposed to get some yesterday but it was only rain--well it fell but didn't stick.

Stay warm and send purrs to Mistrie Rose!

Glad she has shelter.

ohh, i hope the little kitty will be okay, i'm glad she found your place and can at least have shelter and food.

my Mom said that if she had that much snow to deal with she'd wrap up in a blanket and go in the basement until April. we just have little piles of dirty grey/brown snow. but there is a big storm comin' into Chicago and we usually get there leftovers, so we are bracin' for the worst.

If Winter Storm is skinny and hungry, I doubt he has a forever home. Keep watch for him.

There was just a regular winter storm here today. Lots more white stuff.

Happy New Year.

I really do hope that Winter Storm has a forever home already and is just visiting. If not, he or she has found a really good home to find food and shelter. Have a very Happy New Year and enjoy your company.

Definitely sending lots of purrs! Especially considering all that white stuff. Not fit for Cat nor beast.

We're glad the kitty has found shelter wiv you. If it's hungry and skinny and wild it probly hasn't got a furrefur home. It'll be nice furr Mistrie to haf outdoor company.

What a beautiful picture!

We are purring and praying for Winter Storm. It is much too cold for her to be out roaming! It is so good of you to be feeding her and letting her take up shelter in Mistrie's habitat.

Happy New Year efurrybody!

Wow, everycat has white stuff 'cept us, it seems. I will have to remember to ask Santa for some next year. Mama says to make sure to ask for s-n-o-w and not i-c-e. Because apparently that's the usual frozen stuff here, and I guess it isn't as much fun.
