Alone and sad
Always thinking of you
Alone and sad
and terribly blue.
"But I am here," you say
With a twitch of your tail
"I am here" you say
Not sick and frail.
In memories cherished
Never to die
In memories cherished
Please, don't cry.
I have a place
Deep in your heart
I have that place
We are never apart.

Daisy's Mom, Sue, helped her to the bridge today. Daisy's Mom and I have been good internet email friends for years. Sue lives in Loughton, which is outside of London, England. Daisy came to live with her Mom Sue and Dad Stephen, 4 1/2 years ago, at the age of (about) eleven. She was an honorary Calico Girl and teleported over to our kitty napathon in January, 2006. She had a heart of gold, was timid and shy and always such a good girl, touching everyone who knew her.
She reminded me so much of my Mittens. While I never met her, I will really miss her as I feel I knew her, through Sue's many emails.

It is a very sad time for her parents and all who knew her (and even some who only knew her thru the internet). But she is no longer suffering, she is waiting at the Bridge for the rest of us.
Prayers to her Mum and Dad and all of us who knew her.

Your tribute to English Daisy is lovely. I am very sad that she is gone, but she is healthy again and without pain at the Bridge. I am very sad for her family, because it is so hard to let the little furry ones go, even though you know it is best. I send them hugs and condolences.
Sorry to hear about English Daisy. Hugs and purrayers to Sue and her family.
Daisy does look like Patches / Mittens. When I saw the picture my heart died for a second, I thought it was one of the girls.
That is a beautiful tribute to Daisy. I'm so sorry to hear that she's gone to the Bridge.
On a happier note, I've presented all of you with an award! You can pick it up on my blog.
We are so sad to hear this news!
We hope that Daisy and running and playing now with all of the bridge friends, painfree and kittenlike.
We want to add our condolences to Sue and her family for their loss. Their Daisy was well-loved and through her Sue made a good friend. We hope the good memories help her find some comfort now.
Please send our purrs to English Daisy's family.
We will do a posting on Rainbow CoMC for her.
