1. Studded snow tires are now allowed in Idyho and Mountaina
2. Wally World has Christmas decorations out
3. After the rain clouds started to leave, there was snow in the mountains
4. All the summer birds have left
5. The sunspots are great because of the angle of the sun now
6. Momma is starting to get rid of some of the Pet Tunias that have stopped flowering
7. Momma's burning bush is on fire
8. It went from 85 to 58, in one day, for a high
9. There was frost on the pumpkin
10. The vishus baby deer have lost their spots
11. Momma is complaining about the short summer
12. Daddy is winterizing the house that goes on the back of the metal monster
13. There is so much more darkness now that Momma turns on the false sun about 7:00

Yeah, it is getting closer and closer to the cold time of year. Sigh...I really wish it would at least stay light outside for longer if not warmer too.

I sure wish we had a real change of seasons where I live. I think it would be so much fun to watch things change around you as the seasons change.
Mum says Mother Nature is having hot flashes. First, it's chilly like it's supposed to be and then it's warm (80's) for a few days. The foliage is terrible because it's been so dry, too.
Mum wishes things would settle down and rain for about a week or so, so it would be a proper fall again!

The burning bush is beautiful. The days lights are definitely getting shorter. Mom doesn't like driving in the dark - so with the shorter days - shopping and everything gets done early - that way we can spend nights just chillin. We loves it.

winter? it's still SUMMER here. hot today. hot tomorrow - 85!! we wish it would cool down so that we can open the doors.
yes, shorter days and cooler nights. please lotsa dead leaves already! and all kinds nuts on the ground, they just keep fallin' from the trees. in fact one hit me right in the head and almost knocked me out!!
Those are very good signs that the cold is coming. It is getting cooler here, too. A lot of the leaves have turned and the crabapples are starting to fall off the tree.
The days may be getting shorter but it has been warm here. Not looking forward to the wet, white stuff from the sky.

Yes, we are getting signs of winter here, too. The leaves are turning and falling and the heater is on all day.
That means no more open windows for a very long time.
