Momma says summer is flying by. So, I went to the window, to see if I could see Summer, up in the tree, perched on a branch. I looked for a long time and saw only a few lazy dragon flies and bees. Then she said, Fall will soon be here. I got concerned because I don't want her tripping and hurting herself. When I voiced my concern, she laughed, and said that it was the same as Autumn coming. Now I have to hide because I don't know this Autumn person, and I hate strangers.Mittens Pollypaws

I've never seen fall or autumn before because I'm still a kitten. Is autumn a good visitor? Should I sit in her lap and purr? I learn so much from my older wiser kitty friends.
these conversations we have with our beans can be awfully confusing. my Mom said she doesn't like Fall 'cause winters right behind it. what, do they sneak in the house together? i need to know what to look for when i'm defending my turf.
Don't be afraid of autumn or fall. This gets to be a good time of year. Not as hot and humid, but winter comes to visit after autumn. I don't like him as much.
We like fall, too. The windows stay open and we can watch the squirrels as they race around.
The other kitties are right- Winter is not as nice. It's best to take lots of naps and eat lots of treats to ward of the cold.

Miss Mittens, Autumn is a nice time of year wen the windows are open and the breezes blow in. But, Autumn is also a nice bean that is a frend of our mom bean! We haven't seed her in a long time, I fink she was goin to move to Collarado. Is that neer Idaho? She's a nice bean, but she does have a big drooler, so if she comes to yore howse, don't let the drooler in!

Okay. Furrst of all I thought AWW-TUM was just something our Lady says. Whenever she sees me laying on my back, she says "AWWWW tum!" and sometimes "AWWWW tummy!" and then she tries to pet it. I'm not in favor of that. I do want to know more about Summer flying by though. Does Summer have FEV-VERS?

Awwww, that's nice of you to be concerned for your Mom, Mittens. My Mom likes Autumn a whole lots cuz she doesn't like hot weather at all. I like it when it gets cool too cuz that's good lap sitting weather.

My mommy also prefers the autumn to the summer.She likes to see as the leaves fall, as the days are fresher, the first rains... she loves the autumn!
