Mittens, The Helper

Momma needs my help a lot of times, but she doesn't like to bother me because she knows I have so many things to do. I am her number one bug catcher, after all. I am constantly helping her when she is on the computer. I sleep cuddled up to her every night; she says I am better than any old sleeping pill. I keep track of Mistrie for her and make sure she has water in her bowl by her bed outside and she gets her share of stinky goodness. I warn her when a thunder storm is approaching or if a stranger is at the door. Here I am helping her pick out her clothes for today.......she says she has nothing to wear and I show her this simply isn't true.

Hi Girls. Today I was talking with another bean who loves kitties. I sent him a link to your blog and he replied "the markings on patches and mittens are really special". Just thought you'd like to know. :)

Hi bestest friend Mittens! You shur are a good helper. I have retired and don't do many jobs around the house anymore - I leave those up to the Meezers. Don't get too busy that you can't take your required number of naps!

Hello, Calico Girls!
just stopping in to say 'hi'. You're a very good, thoughtful, brave kitty! Our Mum wishes you could visit to cuddle her.

Thanks for the comment you left on our blog about neighborkitty Tiger. We consider him our own private Mistrie, because thats pretty much how he lives. Mom even calls him Mistrie now & then by mistake, but they actually look very much alike. Mom is afraid to call the authorities on the neighbors because she is sure no one will adopt an old kitty like Tiger and she thinks he has a better quality of life with her looking out for him than if animal control were to take him. He'd be put to death within days. At least with mom looking after him he can live a reasonably comfy life with food, shelter and affection. He just stays outside like your Mistrie.
