Dr. Phil

Mine Mom and Dad are always watching the talking picher box. She likes somebody by the name of Dr. Phil, as you can see. She says he solves a lot of problems for purrsons. I believe there would be no problems if every purrson had a kitty or two or three, cuz we help with blood pressure and make people happy; I know I am always making Mom smile and laugh. She says my purr is settling (whatever that means.) She also says purring kitties help you to sleep and make the gray days less gray.

I will lay here by the hot metal fire box and bless them with my presence.

Patches it looks to me like you are watching the more exciting of the boxes. Looks like a great place to take a nap! You commented on one of my posts that your Mom does something called "Wonder Woman" with you when I talked about how Dad makes me "Mattingly the slowest flying kitty in the world". And now Ms. Mia is talking about her flying lessons. Do you have any Wonder Woman pictures?

We have a fireplace in our house too, but Mom & Dad never turn in on for us. So we are freezing all the time.

that's what our mommy says too - kitties are good for the blood pressure and good to keep the "blues" away - whateffur they are.

You look very snuggly and cosy there, Ms. Patches. My Devon Grandma has got a fire thingy and i like to watch the flames when I go to stay with her. Our house doesn't have any fire, only radiators.

Patches, that is so true. Kitties do wonders for a gray day. I don't want to make you howl - but it was a record 97 degrees here yesterday. I don't know what it was today, but it was warm enough that the cool air blew out of the vents many times. I am sending sunshine your way!

You look so nice and warm next to the firebox. What a pretty stone wall. Daddy has one of those fireboxes too but not enough wood to keep us warm with it all the time. But when it's on we love it!

I so agree with you, Patches! I bet we could stop wars and stuff, too!

Ohhhhhhhh laying in front of the fire is fabulous. I love it too. Grandma says the fire is a Boni-magnet. I think she's right. No fire yesterday tho. It got weird hot. But the sunspots on the carpet were nice and cozy.
