Re-Tired

Mine mom says mine Dad is tired; and, guess what.... he gets paid to be 'tired. He has time to spend with us girls now, and give us more hugs, kisses, and Dad loves (them is different than Mom loves, cuz her loves on us even when we want to leave and do kitty things.) Mom is going to be 'tired starting in March and she is going to get paid, too! Wonder if us kitties will get paid when we get 'tired. We work hard, endlessly, to keep things in tip-top shape, and we don't get no week-ends off, or holidays either. I'm tired!!!
Patches

Note: That is Mittens being all cutsey pie with Dad.

Wow...that looks very comfortable. I wish my mom was tired, too--that way she could stay home and cuddle with me all day long.

On second thought, that would really cramp my "creating chaos" schedule? When would I find time to break things if she were around all the time?

That's a very cute pikshur - is that Mittens? She looks furry com-fur-table.

Our Mom & Dad both still work, too much I think! But, I'm thinking about retiring this year since I'll be 9 in July. I wonder if anyone will pay me to sleep all day?

What a sweet picture, Patches. Your dad obviously knows how to love on kitties. Mittens looks very happy.

    "re-tired"

Does this mean they get tired more than once a day?

Patches - 'bout your comment on our blog - no, our mommy isn't a teenager - she's OLD. She's going to skool to be a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (thanks for helping me spell that Mommy). I don't know what that is, but it sounds 'portant. - Miles

Oh your daddy know how to love a cat. You are gonna get way more pettings than you ever knew possible. Unless he goes off to play gold like our dad!

You guys are lucky. I wish my mom could be tired like that, but she's just the regular tired.

I'm with Kukka-Maria on this one; too much time wif my people interrupts my naps. But your dad looks like he knows what he's doing.

Dad-humans are pretty cool. Mine gives me good tummy rubs just like the one Mittens is getting, and his hands are bigger than mama's so it covers more tummy. I know just how you're feeling in the picture -- contented and purrrrrring...
