Looking for springtime
It has to be here somewhere
Mom must have hid it
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I saw the snow fall
I saw the snow fall
All over the lawn and trees
Where is springtime now?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If the geese come back
And the robins build their nests
Does that mean it's spring?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Oh, springtime, sweet spring
You finally have appeared
Now, in peace, I nap
The above Haikus were written by me, Patches, as I wait for spring.
Neat hideout place Patches. And nice poetry!
Very nice haikus, Patches. You're a real poet! You look so purrty searching around for spring too. I bet you'll find it!
Very nice patches. We are waiting for spring here too. But tomorrow is March, so it is getting closer.
Patches, you are so cute in your little hideout by the window! You have definitely been bit by the haiku bug!!! They are very good. It was in the 70's here today in TX, so spring is coming your way...
