Contemplating Winters,

the snow and the cold
I really don't like it, guess it's cuz I'm old.

But it shouldn't matter, I am an inside cat
All four seasons, the window's where it's at.

Brrr that snow makes us feel cold. We are more like inside cats in the winter. We like to hog the woodburner, but we still like to go out for an hour last thing at night no matter what the weather. We might change our minds about that though if we had snow.

It snowed here tonight too. Just after mum got home, now the ground is all white. Plus she missed driving in all of the slippery conditions. Lots of accidents.

Hi Mittens! It gets cold here at night but we haven't had any snow in our mountains yet.

I'm with you, Mittens. Looking at the snow out the window is the best way to see it. I don't like the winter much anymore, myself, but I'm getting old, too.

Mittens, our mom feels the same way you do. Even though it is winter here in the north country, doesn't mean she has to embrace it.
