Lost

Mom said she lost an hour, so I am going to go look for it. I have checked all over downstairs and found nothing that looked like an hour. Is it bigger than a breadbox? Is it animal, vegetable, or mineral? Is it hiding or just lost? Mom says it has something to do with setting the clocks ahead, so I am heading upstairs to check the alarm clock to see if an hour is hiding there.

It's just a stupid human thing. They do a lot of things that don't make any sense whatsoever. Just go and enjoy a good sunbeam instead.

Mittens, you are so good to your Mom, aren't you - so very helpful. That is nice of you to try and find the lost hour. It's hard to explain what it is, but you won't be able to see it anywhere, it's kind of invisible and abstract. I think Ayla had the right idea - give up on the search, and enjoy your sunbeam.

Don't worry you'll find it again in the Fall! We don't wants to fink that far ahead. We's enjoying the sun today too. Angie's laying in the doorway all toasty warm.

We had an hour get lost over here too....this is very mysterious. We better nap on it, and not worry about it.

We asked our Mom if she knew where hours hide and she said no and thank goodness they didn't get lost here in Poiland where we don't move the clocks back and forth. Sorry we couldn't help you more Mittens ~Merlin, Shadow, Ko Ko

We lost an hour a week ago (cos we're in the UK). The cats were impressed on Monday morning cos we got up earlier which meant earlier breakfast!
