More Trouble

I guess I killed the lamp. Momma said the bulb is "shot." I only pushed it a little with my pawsie, then it lost it's balance and fell. Momma came tearing up the stairs and called me ~Squirtwhathaveyoudonenow~. She didn't put me in time-out, I guess she gave up on that.

I am going to look furry remorseful.

Tee hee. We do that a lot too. Except we get caught in the cord racing through the legs of the end tables. It's not our fault!!! Really!!! Maw keeps lots of spare bulbs on hand.

You are such a silly! I think it was the lamps fault for falling down so easily. If you look sad, then everything is usually forgiven. Have fun with the 'roni!

You're so sweet and cute looking. You couldn't have done anything. May be it was the .. aliens from outer space!

Even remorseful you are cute.

If your mom didn't want you to break stuff, then she shouldn't put them on the edges of the furniture. It's our nature. We push things. No need to be remorseful.

I don't think you killed the whole lamp, just the bulb and that is easily replaced. You have a very good remorseful look. Now, get that roni before it escapes.

I like tipping over the lamps by pushing on the top of them. I don't bother with the cord! Mum doens't like that and her one nice lamp now has the top part off unless someone(human) is using the guest room.

Precious, it sounds like you've been a very busy girl! You do look very remorseful--although you probably should stick to the roni for a while.

The way I see it, if it's on the counter, it belongs to the kitty. If it's on a table, it belongs to the kitty. In fact, if the People don't want us to kill things, they should not leave them out where the kitty might mistake ownership. You were within your right to kill the lamp, and you only killed it a little bit!

Well, if your mom left it out for you to play with, I don't see the problem

When I look at your pictures now and compare them to the way you were when you just came to live your Mom and Dad, I can't believe the difference. You have blossomed into a magnificient girl.

I've got a lamp incident on my post today too. Fortunately the lamp lived through the ordeal. That's a very good look on your face - you could be forgiven for anything.
Grr
