Looking For Green

Momma told me spring is coming. She knows this because the geese are back! I am looking for ANYTHING green that might be poking up, but all I see is white and brown. The only green I see is the pine trees, and they are always green! Is it spring and green at your house?

No green here, just ice and snow. I'm getting fed up with this winter thing. Hopefully soon our birdies will be back!!

There's green here but lots of rain. I guess there's snow in the pass. I bet there is another storm heading your way. I wonder if it will bring snow or rain to the Big Piney Woods?

There's lots of white stuff out my window too. It's not piled up so high like in the Big Piney Woods, but there is definitely a lot more white than green!

We do still have some green stuffs...but in the past week we've had a few mornings in the mid-20's so it kinda turned the green grass to brown. All of azaleas were in bloom and now they are all dead... but this may be all of our really cold weather for this winter...

We still have ice & snow. Mom says she's sick of this and can't wait for spring. I'm waiting for my birdies to come back from South.

Yup, spring is coming here to north Texas. Maw has a couple of daffodils blooming. Most of the green stuff in the yard is weeds because of the severe drought the last couple of summers.

Looks like you have tons and tons of snow!!

green??? we got white. and cold. won't be green for a while we think. but you keep lookin'!

It was warm enough to melt snow, but what little grass we can see, it isn't green. It has to be warmer before it really gets green.

Dont'get mad, but its almost always green here, and never too cold. No snow. Sometimes the people whine that it's raining or too windy to go out and ride their loud rumbly bikes, but we don't have to put up with the snow, which is good, because snow is evil.

That snow looks beeyootiful - we don't gets snow at our house. But we already have daffodils - isn't that wacky! Come visit on Tueday and see - it's almost like Spring!
