My Favorite Things
Momma loves that song, especially the "whiskers on kittens" part.
So, here are a few of my favorite things.
Every morning, after being in the bedroom all night, I am very lonesome. As soon as Momma sits down, with her coffee, I jump up on her lap. She says "biscuit time" to me, I get comfy, and knead and knead, and purr and purr.
I love to roll either Momma's chapstick tube or marker pen, back and forth, to my Daddy. He pushes it to me, and I push it back to him. I am not as good at it as he is, and sometimes it goes croocked. If it falls on the floor, I have to attack it.
My fev-vers on a stick are stored in a big cabinet, next to my Daddy's chair. If he won't start dangling it for me, I go into the cupboard and put it in my mouth, depositing in his lap. Does it get any clearer than that, Daddy ?

Your morning sounds a lot like mine. My person gets up and puts the coffee on and crunchies in my dish, then she goes to make the bed & I eat. By the time she's finished with the bed the coffee is ready so she pours a cup and sits down to make a lap for me. All too soon she gets up to take her shower. But the lap time with coffee is special!

What wonderful things you listed. Laps and feathers and playing with chapsticks. Life doesn't get any better than that. My favoritist thing of all is having a forever home instead of being out in the cold and all alone. My second favoritist thing is my brother Tommy who also now has a forever home. Happy Almost New Year everybody!

Beans are kinda thick sumtimes. I've chased a ball all ofur Mom's feet on the bed fur like 5 or 45 minutes afore she gets up an tosses it for me. Then I bring it back for her, usually. My speshul cuddle time is rite after Mom gets out of the shower, so I can get my scent all ofur her agin.
I like making biskits too, but I don't no why owr mum duzn't upree-she-ate it.She just sez "Eric will yoo get yer claws out of my hed, it's three o clock in the morning"

Our mom is addicted to chapstick. She buys it by the gross. We keep telling her she needs to drink more water, but she just won't listen!
We can't believe your Momma was nervous about telling you daddy when you came to live there!!!
