My Challenge Answered

Here is my challenge, answered. It was issued by the Meowers of Missouri. If I write a poem about my Daddy, they will send $15 to the charity, or needy person, or kitty of my choice. (If my challenge is accepted, I would like to donate to Brandi and her Momma.)

We are issuing a challenge tomorrow, that goes out to everyone with a cat blog.

My Daddy

Momma brought Patches in the house
And asked if she could stay
Daddy thought a short, short time
And then he said, OK

But only one he told her
One cat is sure enough
She agreed and smiled at him
She knew he wasn't tough

Momma brought Mittens in the house
And asked if she could stay
Daddy thought a longer time
And then he said, OK

But only two he told her
Two cats are sure enough
She agreed and smiled at him
She knew he wasn't tough

Momma brought me in the house
And asked if I could stay
Daddy took one look at me
And then he said, OK

But only three he told her
Three cats are sure enough
She agreed and smiled at him
She knows he isn't tough

Its just me and mom here, I'm the 'man' of the house she tells me. So I guess if a new kitty could stay would be up to me. I'd have to meet 'em first. But if they are as sweet as Precious Flower I wouldn't let them go!
