I have been away from the blogosphere for too long due to an overwhelming workload at uni. It saddens me to learn now that Mittens is on her last stretch. The Calico Girls are one of the first I had gotten to know and love when I began blogging all those years ago. Mittens has a very soft and warm spot in my heart. Both Mitten's and your strength are truly admirable at such a time. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

I remember the Napathon and the Cat Olympics very well. I remember that Bonnie Underfoot won the Silver in Fitting into Boxes and that Buddah Pest got stuck in the tree in the tree climbing contest. Snuggles with your Mom are a very good idea. I loved reading about Mistrie taking kitties into the woods to see the fairies, too.
