When........

When the leaves start falling from the trees
And Mistrie's fur grows thick and long
When the geese start leaving for the south
I know that summer's really gone.

  1. Mistrie, you look furry pretty and warm.
It is just getting autumnal here in London. It is still quite warm - warm enough for my mum to be working in the garden in a T-shirt. But the trees are starting to change colour, and there is a chill in the air in the evenings, and the mornings are misty. My mum says it smells like autumn.

  2. We can hear the geese honking as they fly. Saying 'get out of our way'! Plus the leaves are getting purrty colors and then falling off the trees. Mum says she will have to go out and chew up the leaves with the lawn mower it a bit.

P.S. - the party starts Friday.
