Out My Window

This is my window. I can watch the leaves fall, the birds in the hemlocks, and Daddy working. Well, yesterday, look at what I saw....
Yes, snow! Momma says that is where the furless ones strap sticks to the bottom of their feet, and slide down the mountain. That field had 15 elk in it, the other day, but I missed seeing them.

  1. Oh what a beautiful view you have from your window, Precious Flower! Momma said she sometimes passes elk on her way to work--well once so far.

She said maybe someday she will be one of the furless ones on those boards that you see from your window. At least I'll know there's someone I can trust keeping an eye on her!

You have a great window! I don't see that much looking out my window, we live in a city. But there are lots of people who walk by and I can look down on them as they go by. Sometimes there is even a dog on a leash!

  11. that is a furry beautyful window on the world you have there, little precious. we are glad you are on the inside, though.

but be on the lookout for those elks; they're nuthin' but vishus deers on steroids! you should invest in some vishus deer repelunt from mao & rocky. nitro got some in his prize package, and by golly, that stuff would keep GODZILLA away!! mom's FURRY sorry she squirted it in the house . . .

As a formerly homeless cat, I'm glad to see Precious inside and safe and well-loved. She has a beautiful view, too.

  19. Those are furry beautiful pictures. What a lovely place. My mum and dad saw elk when they were visiting Uncle Sim in Montana a few years ago. And they saw some more when they went to Yellowstone.

  21. What a beautiful view you have in the Big Piney Woods, Precious! We're not sure about that snow stuff. Blackie used to live where they had it and he says living where they don't have it is better. -- Alberta, Sky, Blackie, Charlie and Maggie Fu
