Precious Update (6)

I just picked her up from the vet where she was very stressed and unhappy (she was there 3 days.) The vet told me it is possible it is a huge hairball (she has always had them, maybe a couple a week that she would vomit up) and will pass through. She still hasn't had a bowel movement but the vet felt confident that she would if she came home to familiar surroundings. She is very happy and settling in nicely. I gave her a good brushing and will be giving her the greasy hairball stuff. Her and baby Miracle did some nose kissing before play boxing. Irritable bowel is the tentative diagnosis. I will know more when the barium passes. She is eating!!! Thanks to all you wonderful people for your concern!!

  18. Once again, we find ourselves in the VERY odd situation of praying that a cat whom we have never met and lives 1500 miles away and probably will never meet, will be able to crap.
Naturally, we are praying for this miracle as hard as we can!

  20. So it seems we have a bit of "good news" in that Precious is now home and eating some. Mixed in with some "not so good" news that she still hasn't pooped!

"The Boys" and I are joining the "prayers for poop" train! And I hope that the next news we hear is that "she did it!"

  30. Clear Pedialyte (baby section in the market) really helps with this problem. It helps with hydration which is so important to do the poo=^Y^=
