Thanks so much for all your helpful comments on GERD and acid reflux. I switched from Prevacid to Prilosec OTC. The Prevacid, strangely, gave me heartburn, the Prilosec has seemed to cure the problem, well maybe not cured, but I have no more symptoms of nausea and I feel great.
I am going to continue on a break, until September. I have been blogging steady for 2 1/2 years, and need to take the rest of the summer off.

ReplyDeleteI have to watch what I eat. I have found that eating mint and ginger do help when I am having trouble with reflux.
