
Momma thinks it's cute when I lay like this, with my paws tucked neatly under me. She says it looks like it would hurt the way I bend my arms. Now, Momma.....doesn't your elbow bend? Does it hurt? Same principle, only you would look ever so funny if you tried to loaf like us cats do. You Furless Ones are all arms and legs, way too long. Too bad, it must be hard to get comfy.

Pee Ess: The picture of the snow is kind of deceiving, as the snow falls off the roof, onto the deck. We actually have about two feet on the ground.
Hi bestest furriend! You look furry comfy there turtling. That's what our mommy calls it. Loafing is a good name too.

Meatloaf kitty! That's what we call it. Mum loves it 'cuz she says it means a kitty is content. You look very contented, Mittens.

Momma always called it the meatloaf position. She used that at the vet once and everyone knew exactly what the cat was doing...
