I for one, from my Cube of Deep Thoughts, want to say that Trixie is a treasure that none of us will ever forget. Thanks to the internet, we can come together to give comfort to beans who do not understand that we are already part of the greater good. Trixie made a ripple in great pond of the world. We see that ripple in the fact that all of us are here now to remember her. What effect her ripple will have, we do not know. But it brought us here. Tonight. We knew they didn't need more toys or treats, but hopefully those blankets were soft and warm and comforting. Now, they will hold the scents of Trixie and Norton for awhile longer. While those scents will fade, your memories will remain clear.

After that she thought about how hard it was going to be when the other poodins went to the bridge too. But when we snuggle her and purr and love her she says the heart pains are worth it.

Oh wow! Momma S.'s name is Sunshine and Grandpa and Momma S.'s song is "You are my Sunshine." Mom says she grew up knowing that song because it's like THE family song. Thanks for the offer and info about the deli treats. I'll have her check PetSmart, and if we can't find anywhere I'll let ya' know.
