Ode To Spring


Spring arrived today
The sun is high above
Days are longer now
I hear a morning dove.

Spring arrived today
The geese are on their nests
I hear a robin's song
As the sun sets in the west.

Spring arrived today
Our Mom says it is so
The sun is warm upon the soil
As green things start to grow.
